1. General Agreement

By placing an order with Plantation Fine Wines & Liquors (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“customer,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made in-store or online for pickup only.

2. Age Restriction

All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol.

A valid government-issued photo ID will be required at pickup.

Orders will not be released without proper identification. No exceptions.

3. Orders & Pickup

Orders are for pickup only at our store location:940 Memory Ln #101, Gallatin, TN 37066 .

Orders must be picked up during store hours: 8AM - 10PM.

Orders not picked up within 48 hours may be canceled.

We reserve the right to limit quantities based on availability or state regulations.

4. Payment

All payments must be made at the time of order (online only).

We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

All alcohol sales are final as required by Tennessee law.

Refunds or exchanges are only offered in cases of:

Defective or damaged product at pickup.

Incorrect order fulfillment by Plantation Fine Wines & Liquors.

Claims must be reported immediately at the time of pickup.

6. Store Policies

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or attempts to purchase on behalf of someone under 21.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are stored and consumed responsibly after pickup.

Plantation Fine Wines & Liquors is not responsible for misuse, overconsumption, or any consequences related to the products purchased.

7. Promotions & Discounts

Any promotions, discounts, or coupons must be applied at the time of purchase.

Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Plantation Fine Wines & Liquors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of products.

Customers assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable state and local laws.

9. Privacy Policy

Customer information collected during orders will only be used to fulfill purchases and communicate directly with customers.

We will never sell or share customer information with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted in-store and online, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
