Delivery / Shipping Policy

Pickup Only: Plantation Fine Wines & Liquors does not ship or deliver any products. All orders placed online must be picked up in person at our store: 940 Memory Ln #101, Gallatin, TN 37066.

ID Requirement: A valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age (21+) must be presented at the time of pickup. Orders will not be released without proper identification.

Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 48 hours during normal business hours. Orders not collected within this time may be canceled.

Refund Policy

All Alcohol Sales Are Final: Due to state law, alcohol purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is completed.

Exceptions: Refunds or exchanges will only be honored if:

The product is defective or damaged at the time of pickup.

Plantation Fine Wines & Liquors fulfills your order incorrectly.

All refund/exchange claims must be made at the time of pickup.
